The present stage of deconstruction marvelously shows the possibility of a new Navin Field for Corktown and the wider community. Removing the outfield portion of Tiger Stadium truly opens up the area and gives more hope for the continued renewal of this area. Imaginatively saving and using one of Detroit’s historical structures now creates a great opportunity for present and future generations. What a treasure!
